O.L. Thompson Construction is

ability to move large earth volumes in short periods of time. This is
accomplished by operating one of the largest pit operations in the Charleston
area, having a large fleet of off-road trucks and support equipment, and our
affiliate companies. Thompson Trucking,
utilizes 70 bulk material haulers on a daily basis. WANDO Concrete,
a redi-mix supplier, is an additional sister company that allows us to
encompass a larger portion of a construction project. We also have the
capability to set up and batch from an on-site plant if needed. Our project managers assist in
estimating, and bidding as well as managing, projects. Success is
accomplished by having highly skilled general superintendents and foremen
overseeing the projects. We feel our management style gives the supervisory
personnel a complete understanding of the project and therefore allows them
to perform quickly and cost effectively. "Fast Track" is a way of life for us. Our typical projects involve
construction of private development projects, public and government projects,
operation of private landfill, and commercial development. Previous sitework
project costs range from a few thousand dollars to in excess of 18 million
dollars. We are a licensed General Contractor (Highway, Unlimited) in North
and South Carolina. Some of our recent projects
have been for Mikasa , Nucor Steel, Bayer , MeadWestvaco, NISE East (US
Navy), NNPTC (US Navy), Rivertowne, Healthsource, Publix, Daniel Island Co,
Amoco, SunCom, Agfa, Dorlastan ,and Blackbaud. In each case we performed the
total sitework package. We would be happy to provide references on these
projects or other documentation of our capabilities. Specifically we would be an
asset to your project because of our location, experience, capability and our

stable and have the bonding capability to perform the site development you
